摘要
评价素养蕴含评价意识、评价知能和评价态度等三个要素,师范生专业发展和成为职业教师应具备良好的评价素养。基于专业理念、专业需求和核心素养下的评价意识、评价知能和评价态度是师范生专业发展的内在诉求。通过驱动高校和教师的外在因素和学生主体的内在因素,师范生可通过评价导师给予适切的技术指导、评价方法课程进修和发挥个体与集群的主观能动性,在开放支持的评价文化环境中生成评价素养。
Evaluation literacy contains three elements:evaluation awareness,evaluation knowledge and evaluation attitude,theprofessional development and becoming a professional teacher of normal university students should have a good evaluation quality.The internal appeal of the professional development of normal university students is the evaluation consciousness,evaluation knowledge and evaluation attitude based on the professional concept,professional demand and core accomplishment.Normal university students can improve their evaluation literacy through the appropriate technical guidance given by the evaluation tutors,the study on school evaluation methods course,give play to the subjective initiative of individuals and groups,and the open and supportive evaluation culture environment.
