摘要 在新时代背景下,职业学校德育教师肩负的思想政治教育和道德教育的任务,显得尤为关键和迫切。借鉴积极心理学理论对于职业学校培育德育教师队伍职业精神具有较大的理论价值和现实意义。积极心理学视域下职业学校德育教师队伍积极职业精神培育路径创新应着重树立德育教师的崇高教育道德信仰;塑造积极职业情感,健康培育;挖掘德育教师职业外在积极特质,整体塑造;营造正态主体环境,立体化培育德育教师职业精神。 In the background of new era,the task of ideological and political education and moral education shouldered by moral teachers in vocational colleges is particularly critical and urgent.Drawing lessons from positive psychology theory has greater theoretical value and practical significance for vocational colleges to cultivate the professional spirit of moral education teachers.From the perspective of positive psychology,the path innovation of cultivating positive professional spirit of moral education teachers in vocational colleges should lay stress on the establishment of lofty moral beliefs of moral education teachers;shaping positive professional emotions and healthy cultivation;excavating the external positive characteristics for profession of moral education teachers to overall shaping;creating a normal subjective environment and three-dimensional cultivation of moral education teachers’professional spirit.
