摘要
近年来,职业教育不断改革发展,这对职业教育教师的素质也提出更高要求。面对职业教育教师的来源渠道及培训现状,为提高职业教育教师的教学能力,必须探索创新职业教育新任教师的培训模式,而构建岗位任务导向的课程体系是职业教育内涵发展的关键。这种课程体系满足教师教育的内在需求,符合成人学习心理,并且可以快速丰富新任教师的教学模式。
In recent years,the continuous reform and development of vocational education has put forward higher requirements for the quality of vocational education teachers.Facing the source channel and training status of vocational education teachers,in order to improve the teaching ability of vocational education teachers,we must explore and innovate the training mode of new vocational education teachers.The key to the connotation development of vocational education is to construct a post-task-oriented curriculum system,which meets the inherent needs of teacher education.It conforms to adult learning psychology and can enrich the teaching mode of new teachers quickly.
