摘要
目的探讨评估高热惊厥患儿脑损伤的方法。方法选取96例高热惊厥患儿,将其分为复杂性高热惊厥组(46例)和单纯性高热惊厥组(50例);另选同期住院的40例患儿为对照组。使用ELISA法测定各组血清和脑脊液中MMP9和IL-18水平。结果复杂性高热惊厥组血清和脑脊液中MMP9和IL-18水平最高,单纯性高热惊厥组次之,对照组最低(q=14.59~77.99,P<0.05)。结论 MMP9和IL-18是评估高热惊厥患儿脑损伤程度及预后的指标。
Objective To explore the method of evaluating brain injury in children with febrile seizures. Methods Ninety-six children with febrile seizures were enrolled and divided into a complex febrile seizure group (46 cases) and a simple febrile seizure group (50 cases). Another 40 children who were hospitalized in the same period were selected as the control group. MMP9 and IL-18 levels in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of each group were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The levels of MMP9 and IL-18 in the serum and cerebrospinal fluid of the complex febrile seizure group were the highest, followed by the simple febrile seizure group and the lowest in the control group ( q =14.59~77.99, P <0.05). Conclusion MMP9 and IL-18 are indicators for evaluating the degree of brain injury and prognosis in children with febrile seizures.
