摘要
在合理确定圆管带式输送机过渡段长度的基础上,通过计算机仿真,得出过渡段输送带各截面曲线图及三维成形图,从理论上较准确地确定了三托辊槽形托辊组各托辊的长度与倾角,布置特殊的过渡段及成形段托辊组,使得输送带顺利卷成圆管状,减小了输送带边缘的附加张力,解决了圆管带式输送机设计的关键技术。
Based on the reasonable determination of the length of transition section of the pipe belt conveyor, through computer simulation, we can obtain curves and three-dimensional forming diagrams of all cross sections of the conveyor belt on transition section. Theoretically, the length and inclination angle of each roller of the three-roller grooved roller set are accurately determined, and carrier roller sets in special transition section and forming section are arranged, so that the conveyor belt can be smoothly rolled into a pipe, the additional tension at the edge of the conveyor belt can be reduced, and the key technology of pipe belt conveyor design is solved.
