摘要
以密集存储系统为研究对象,在分析其规划目标与工作流程的基础上,探讨系统的性能特点,并重点对系统内提升机、穿梭车及货架等关键设备进行匹配性计算与分析,以有效规划密集存储系统,满足物流配送中心货物存取效率的同时,达到最优经济成本的投入,从而提高物流仓储的市场竞争力。
Taking the dense storage system as the research object,based on the analysis of its planning goal and work flow,the paper discusses the performance characteristics of the system,and focuses on matching calculation and analysis of key equipment such as hoists,shuttle and shelves in the system,so as to effectively plan the dense storage system,meet the goods storage efficiency of logistics distribution center and achieve the investment of optimal economic cost,thus improving the market competitiveness of logistics storage.
