摘要
对有机高分子托辊材料力学性能等缺陷的改进方式进行了论述,主要体现在连接包覆层和引入改性添加剂共混改性等物理方式,以及分子链间交联和接入极性官能团等化学方式优化。针对我国工厂生产环境的复杂性,提出研制用于多种工况条件各类托辊的相关建议,以提高托辊在特定条件下的适应性,发挥国产托辊的优势。
The paper discusses the improvement methods of mechanical properties and other defects of organic polymer carrier roller materials,which are mainly reflected in physical methods such as connecting coating layers and introducing modification additives,as well as chemical methods such as cross-linking between molecular chains and connecting polar functional groups.According to the complexity of the production environment in Chinese factories,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for developing various types of carrier roller under various working conditions in order to improve the adaptability of carrier roller under specific conditions and give full play to the advantages of domestic carrier roller.
