Improving Professional Ethics of Doctoral College Teachers Based on Theory of Innovation

十九大以来,全国高校不断深入学习领会习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,通过结合高校实际情况,对具有理工科博士学历的高校教师如何学习和实践新时代中国特色社会主义思想进行探讨,紧密联系高校教师教学和科研工作,注重理论联系实际和提高创新能力,着力提高职业道德修养,不断增强个人综合素质。

Since the 19th National Congress,the college and university throughout the country have continuously studied the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics proposed by Xi Jinping.Through the combination of the actual situation in colleges and universities,the paper discusses how to learn and practice the socialist thoughts of Chinese characteristics for teachers with a doctoral degree in science and engineering.They should closely link with the teaching and research work of college teachers,pay attention to the connection between theory and practice,improve the ability to innovate and professional ethics,and continuously enhance the overall quality of individuals.
