在"双一流"背景下高校师资队伍建设显得极其重要,尤其对一般高校而言,师资队伍建设更是重中之重。在阐述国家对师资队伍建设总体目标定位的基础上,着重从人才培养、科学研究、社会服务三大职能对其必要性进行分析,进而探索一般高校师资队伍的建设途径。

At present,under the background of“double first-class”,the construction of faculty in colleges is extremely important.Especially for general colleges,the construction of faculty is the top priority.On the basis of expounding the orientation of the overall goal of the construction of the teaching staff,this paper analyzes the necessity of the three functions of personnel training,scientific research and social service,and then explores the ways of the construction of the teaching staff in general colleges.
