摘要
建构合理的教育管理案例分析课程内容结构能够实现教育管理专业理论和实践的结合。以案例教学法为切入点,知识本位和学生本位思想相结合,在重视课程内容结构中知识的系统性和逻辑性的基础上,更加注重学生个性和身心健康的发展;从知识、技能、情感态度与价值观三个方面分析教育管理案例分析课程内容结构的构成要素,并提出课程内容结构建构过程中应注意的问题,从概述、理论知识、案例分析三方面提出教育管理案例分析课程内容结构的建构策略,以促进教育管理案例分析课程内容结构合理化发展。
The construction of reasonable structure of curriculum content of educational management case analysis can realize the combination of the theory and practice of education management.Taking case teaching method as the breakthrough point and combining knowledge standard with student based thought,this article proposes to pay more attention to the development of students'individuality and health by learning on the basis of systematicness and logic of knowledge in the course content structure.From the three aspects of knowledge,skills and emotional attitude values,this paper analyzes the elements of the content structure of the case analysis course of education management,and puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to and the strategies from three parts of summary,theoretical knowledge and case analysis.A case study is conducted to analyze the construction strategy of curriculum content structure so as to promote the rational development of the content structure of education management case analysis.
