思想政治教育融入大学英语教学的方法与途径

Ways and Means of Integrating Ideological and Political Education into College English Teaching

大学教育兼顾智育与德育,教师不仅要教授学生知识,同时要塑造学生的灵魂。传统的大学英语教学仅注重英语知识与文化的讲解,并未把思想政治教育融入其中。实际上,英语课程中的很多内容都可以作为思想政治教育的切入点,在英语教学中很多教师也在不经意地、潜移默化地对学生进行思想政治教育。因此,在大学英语教学中融入思想政治教育是可行的,且有益于学生的全面发展。

University education takes both intellectual and moral education into account.Teachers not only teach students knowledge,but also shape their souls.Traditional college English only focus on the explanation of English knowledge and culture,but do not connect ideological and political education,which actually can take the contents of English courses as the starting point.In fact,many English teachers have inadvertently and imperceptibly carry out ideological education for students in their courses.Therefore,it is feasible to incorporate ideological and political education into college English classes,and it is beneficial to students all-round development.
