基于钻石模型的红茶产业竞争力分析——以江西省浮梁县为例

Analysis on the Competitiveness of Black Tea Industry Based on Diamond Model——Take Fuliang County in Jiangxi Province as an Example

红茶产业是江西省浮梁县的特色产业和重点产业之一,科学分析其竞争力强弱至关重要。本文运用"钻石模型",从宏、微观以及政府层面对浮梁县红茶产业竞争力的影响因素进行分析,得出竞争优势与劣势,并针对性提出了科技兴茶、品牌带动、规范市场和实现一二三产业融合等实施对策。

Black tea industry is one of the characteristic industries and key industries in Fuliang County,Jiangxi Province.It is very important to scientifically analyze its competitiveness.This paper uses the"diamond model"to analyze the influencing factors of the competitiveness of Fuliang black tea industry from macro,micro and government levels,and draws the competitive advantages and disadvantages.It also puts forward some countermeasures,such as promoting tea by science and technology,promoting brand,standardizing market and realizing the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.
