分析臭氧介入对低温等离子消融治疗老年椎间盘源性疼痛疗效的影响情况

Analysis of the Effect of Ozone Intervention on the Efficacy of Low Temperature Plasma Ablation in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Discogenic Pain

摘要 目的研究探讨臭氧介入对低温等离子消融治疗老年椎间盘源性疼痛疗效的影响。方法该实验于2017年1月—2018年6月在该院进行,以此时段收治的80例老年椎间盘源性疼痛患者为研究对象,随机均分两组各40例,以低温等离子消融治疗为对照组,以低温等离子消融治疗联合臭氧介入治疗为观察组,分析低温等离子消融联合臭氧介入治疗的价值,并对比两组的疗效、JOA评分、VAS评分、ODI评分。结果观察组低温等离子消融治疗的有效率为92.5%,对照组的为80.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.125,P=0.024)。结论老年椎间盘源性疼痛进行低温等离子消融联合臭氧介入治疗,让臭氧和低温等离子消融互相发挥出各自的优势,值得在今后患者的治疗过程中应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of ozone intervention on the therapeutic effect of low temperature plasma ablation on elderly patients with discogenic pain.Methods This study was performed in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018.80 patients with discogenic pain in the elderly were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients were treated with low temperature plasma ablation as the control group,low temperature plasma ablation combined with ozone intervention was used as the observation group.The value of low temperature plasma ablation combined with ozone interventional therapy was analyzed.The efficacy,JOA score,VAS score and ODI score of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of low temperature plasma ablation in the observation group was 92.5%,and that in the control group was 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.125,P=0.024).Conclusion Low temperature plasma ablation combined with ozone interventional therapy for elderly discogenic pain allows ozone and low temperature plasma ablation to exert their respective advantages,which is worthy of application in the future treatment of patients.
