超声波治疗眼科玻璃体混浊的临床效果探讨

Clinical Effect of Ultrasonic Treatment on Ophthalmologic Vitreous Opacity

目的探究超声波治疗眼科玻璃体混浊的临床效果。方法选择2017年4月—2018年4月期间该院眼科收治的78例玻璃体混浊患者为研究对象,以治疗方式为依据将其分对照组和研究组,每组39例患者。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,研究组在药物治疗的基础上进行超声波治疗,观察和对比治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗效果比较,研究组总有效率为87.18%,对照组总有效率为71.79%,总有效率对比,研究组治疗效果更佳,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=21.032,P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率对比,研究组过性眼压、角膜内皮损伤、眼房角出血、短暂视力下降等并发症均未发生,对照组1例患者短暂视力下降,发生率为2.56%,经有效治疗已经恢复,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=1.103,P>0.05)。结论玻璃体混浊患者,药物治疗的基础上进行超声波治疗,安全性高,治疗效果满意。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound in the treatment of ophthalmic vitreous opacity.Methods From April 2017 to April 2018,78 patients with vitreous opacity admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study group.The treatment group was divided into the control group and the study group,with 39 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional drug treatment,and the study group underwent ultrasound treatment on the basis of drug treatment to observe and compare the therapeutic effects.Results The therapeutic effect of the two groups was 87.18%.The total effective rate of the control group was 71.79%.The total effective rate was better.The treatment effect of the study group was better,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=21.032,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the two groups was compared.The study group did not have complications such as over-the-eye pressure,corneal endothelium injury,corneal horn hemorrhage,and transient visual loss.One patient in the control group had a short-term visual loss with an incidence of 2.56%.It has been restored by effective treatment,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=1.103,P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with vitreous opacity,ultrasound therapy is based on drug therapy,which is safe and satisfactory.
