脑血管畸形致脑出血患者应用手术治疗的效果观察

Effect of Surgical Treatment on Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage Caused by Cerebral Vascular Malformation

目的探究脑血管畸形致脑出血患者应用手术治疗的效果观察。方法选择该院自2013年1月—2018年6月收治的脑血管畸形致脑出血78例患者,将其随机分为两组;对照组35例给予传统治疗,观察组43例给予手术治疗,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组患者临床有效率为90.70%明显高于对照组74.29%,相对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良结局发生率为4.65%明显低于对照组31.43%,相对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗脑血管畸形致脑出血有较好的疗效,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment on patients with cerebral hemorrhage caused by cerebral vascular malformation.Methods A total of 78 patients with cerebral hemorrhage caused by cerebrovascular malformation admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.35 patients in the control group received traditional treatment,and 43 patients in the observation group received surgical treatment.Compare the effects of the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90.70%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.29%).The relative ratio was,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the observation group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(31.43%),and the relative ratio was,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage caused by cerebral vascular malformation has a good effect and is worth learning.
