原发扁桃体浆细胞瘤侵犯乳腺一例报道

A Case Report of Primary Tonsil Plasmacytoma Invading the Breast

目的报道1例原发扁桃体浆细胞瘤侵犯乳腺。浆细胞瘤是一组免疫增生单克隆B淋巴细胞末端分化的病变,常包括髓外浆细胞瘤(EMP)、骨的孤立性浆细胞瘤、多发性骨髓瘤(MM)和浆母细胞瘤。方法该文患者原发扁桃体EMP,6年后侵犯骶尾部,7年后侵犯乳腺,EMP侵犯乳腺极为罕见。结果该文报道该患者扁桃体病灶经切除加放疗、骶尾部病灶经放化疗(因骶尾部病灶较大且位置特殊,未予手术。)、乳腺病灶经肿块切除后,恢复良好。结论结合该患者诊疗过程,可提高临床医师在诊治既往有浆细胞瘤病史患者发现乳腺实质性占位病变时的诊断水平。

Objective To report a case of primary tonsil plasma cell tumor invading mammary gland.Plasmacytoma is a group of immune proliferative monoclonal B lymphocyte terminal differentiation lesions,including solitary plasmacytoma of(EMP),bone,multiple myeloma(MM)and plasmacytoma.Methods The primary tonsil EMPs invaded sacrococcyx six years later and mammary gland EMP seven years later.Results It is reported that the tonsil lesion was excised and radiotherapy,the sacrococcygeal lesion was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the mammary gland lesion recovered well after mass resection.Conclusion Combined with the patient's diagnosis and treatment process,it can improve the diagnostic level of clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with a history of plasmacytoma.
