羊膜干细胞用于修复损伤子宫内膜的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨羊膜干细胞用于修复损伤子宫内膜的临床研究。方法选取2015年1月—2018年1月该院收治的子宫内膜损伤患者65例,根据不同治疗方法将其分为研究组和对照组,对研究组患者应用羊膜干细胞注射入子宫腔内进行治疗,对照组患者使用口服雌性激素进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果以及并发症的发生情况。结果研究组患者的治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者子宫腔的纤维化面积比率为(0.526±0.037),对照组的腔内纤维化面积比率为(0.231±0.041),表明研究组患者的子宫腔纤维化面积比率明显低于对照组(t=45.36,P<0.05),研究组患者的子宫腔内的腺体数量为(11.23±1.31)个,对照组患者的子宫腔内的腺体数量为(5.03±1.28)个,研究组患者的宫腔内腺体数量明显高于对照组(t=43.25,P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率为21.2%,对照组的并发症发生率为59.4%,研究组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(χ~2=7.148,P<0.05)。结论使用羊膜干细胞修复子宫内膜的损伤,能够有效治疗患者的子宫内膜损伤,改善再次粘连的出现,是临床上治疗子宫内膜损伤的重要方法之一,值得在各大医院推广使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical study of amniotic membrane stem cells for repairing damaged endometrium.Methods Sixty-five patients with endometrial injury admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods.The patients in the study group were injected with amniotic stem cells into the uterine cavity.The patients in the control group were treated with oral estrogen,and the treatment effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ratio of fibrosis area in the uterine cavity of the study group was(0.526±0.037),and the ratio of intraluminal fibrosis area of the control group was(0.231±0.041),indicating that the study group of the ratio of uterine fibrosis area was significantly lower than that in the control group(t=45.36,P<0.05).The number of glands in the uterine cavity of the study group was(11.23±1.31),and the control group was(5.03±1.28).The number of intrauterine glands in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=43.25,P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 21.2%.The complication rate in the control group was 59.4%.The complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ^2=7.148,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of amniotic membrane stem cells to repair endometrial damage can effectively treat endometrial damage and improve the occurrence of re-adhesion.It is one of the important methods for clinical treatment of endometrial damage,and it is worthy of promotion in major hospitals.
