摘要
目的研究探讨细节护理对手术室护理质量与患者满意度的影响。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月期间该院接收治疗的110例手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组两组,每组患者55例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予细节护理,对比分析两组患者护理质量与护理满意度。结果观察组术前护理(9.1±0.4)分、术中护理(9.2±1.1)分、术后护理(9.0±1.1)分、护理人员形象(9.3±1.4)分、护理能力(9.8±2.1)分、总体护理质量(9.6±1.7)分评分显著高于对照组(t=10.329、25.481、10.016、10.905、6.145、5.239,P<0.05);观察组护理操作及时准确性(91.7±2.7)分、护理服务态度(90.2±5.1)分、心理护理(95.3±5.4)分、沟通评分(94.8±6.1)分、健康教育(96.7±4.6)分、医治环境(96.5±5.4)分、护理结果(97.2±4.6)分满意度评分显著高于对照组(t=91.941、29.335、25.964、24.448、13.840、26.599、27.967,P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中采用细节护理模式,可显著提高术前、术中、术后护理质量,提高患者对心理护理、健康教育、护理服务态度、护理结果等的满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of detailed nursing on the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction in the operating room.Methods A total of 110 patients who underwent treatment in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine care.The patients in the observation group were given detailed nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The observation group received preoperative nursing(9.1±0.4)points,intraoperative nursing(9.2±1.1)points,postoperative nursing(9.0±1.1)points,nursing staff image(9.3±1.4)points,nursing ability(9.8±2.1)points,overall nursing quality(9.6±1.7)points,significantly higher than the control group(t=10.329,25.481,10.016,10.905,6.145,5.239,P<0.05);observation group timely and accurate nursing operation(91.7±2.7)points,nursing service attitude(90.2±5.1)points,psychological nursing(95.3±5.4)points,communication score(94.8±6.1)points,health education(96.7±4.6)points,medical environment(96.5±5.4)points,and nursing results(97.2±4.6)points satisfaction scores were significantly higher than the control group(t=91.941,29.335,25.964,24.448,13.840,26.599,27.967,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of detailed nursing mode in operating room nursing can significantly improve the quality of preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative care,and improve the patient's satisfaction with psychological nursing,health education,nursing service attitude,nursing results,etc.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
