GJB 9001C-2017 《质量管理体系要求》(以下简称GJB 9001C,新标准)于2017年5月18日发布,2017年7月1日起正式实施,标志着我国装备质量管理迈入了新的时代。GJB 9001C与上一版GJB 9001B-2009(以下简称GJB 9001B)相比存在较大的差异。因此,首先,对GJB 9001C和GJB 9001B的关键差异点进行了梳理和归纳;然后,对GJB 9001C的要点进行了解读,并提出了质量管理体系的换版实施方案;最后,结合新版质量信息管理系统对GJB 9001C进行了实践,为各类组织贯彻实施GJB 9001C提供了指导。

GJB 9001C-2017"Quality management systems requirements"(hereinafter referred to as GJB 9001 or new standard)was issued on May 18,2017,and officially implemented on July 1,2017,which indicates that China’s equipment quality management has entered a new era.There is a big difference between GJB 9001C and the previous version of GJB 9001 B-2009(hereinafter referred to as GJB 9001 B).Therefore,first of all,the key differences between GJB9001C and GJB 9001 B are sorted out and summarized.Secondly,the main points of GJB 9001C are interpreted.Then,the implementation plan of new edition of the quality management system is put forward.Finally,combined with the new version of quality information management system,the GJB 9001C is put into practice,which provides some guidance for various organizations to implement GJB 9001C.
