信息系统项目的质量管理及其应用探究

Research on Quality Management of Information System Project and Its Application

针对当前企业大型信息系统项目难度系数高、复杂度高、工期紧、业务负担重和干系人多等现状及其对项目的质量管理水平难以提升的问题,分析了企业大型信息系统项目的质量管理的整个过程,主要包括建立项目的质量规划、实施质量保证、执行项目质量控制和质量改进等方面。通过科学地运用质量管理的理论知识,采用质量成本、成本效益分析和实验设计等方法,科学合理地制定了质量管理计划,采取多项预防措施保证了项目的质量,并通过采用严格的评审和测试、加强质量过程控制等措施来保证项目的顺利完成。

Aiming at the current situation that the large-scale information system projects of enterprises has high difficulty coefficient,high complexity,tight schedule,heavy business burden and many stakeholders,and the problem that the quality management level of the project is difficult to improve,the whole process of quality management of large-scale information system projects of enterprises is analyzed,including establishing quality planning of projects,implementing quality assurance,carrying out quality control of projects,improving quality and so on.By using the theory knowledge of quality management scientifically and adopting the methods of quality cost analysis,cost benefit analysis and experimental design,the quality management plan is formulated scientifically and reasonably,and many preventive measures are taken to ensure the quality of the project.And the successful completion of the project is ensured by adopting strict evaluation and testing,and strengthening the quality process control.
