慢性病儿童对父母、家庭的影响及相关干预的研究现状和展望

Current status and progress of research on the effect of children with chronic diseases on parents and families and related interventions

随着医疗技术的进步、人类疾病谱的改变,儿童慢性病的患病率逐年增高,已成为全球关注的重大公共卫生问题。由于慢性病具有病因复杂、病程长、预后难测等特点,使得其在影响儿童身心健康发展的同时也给父母及家庭带来繁重的负担和不可忽视的影响,具体表现在对父母心理情绪、躯体健康、社会交往和生活方式以及对家庭经济情况、家庭模式、家庭其他成员等方面的影响。为此,国内外学者提出了一些相关的、可能行之有效的干预办法,以期能减轻父母的负担,减少对家庭的影响。本文主要对关于慢性病儿童给父母和家庭所造成的影响以及对此提出的相关干预措施的一系列问题进行综述,并对今后的研究方向进行展望。

With the progress of medical technology and the changes of human disease spectrum,the prevalence of chronic diseases in children is increasing year by year,which has become a major public health issue that has been globally concerned.Due to the complex etiology,long course of disease and undetectable prognosis of chronic diseases,they also bring heavy burden and non-negligible influence on their parents and families while affecting children's physical and mental health development,which is embodied in the influences on psychological health,physical health,social communication and life style of their parents,as well as on economic situation,family model and other members of their families.Therefore,domestic and foreign scholars have proposed some related,effective interventions to reduce the burden of parents and the effect on the family.This paper mainly reviews a series of questions about the effect of children with chronic diseases on parents and their families,as well as some relevant interventions proposed,and looks forward to the future research.
