12导联动态心电图ST段及最大ST/HR在冠心病诊断中的应用价值

Application value of ST and maximum ST/HR in diagnosis of coronary heart disease by 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram

目的探讨12导联动态心电图ST段及最大ST/HR在冠心病诊断中的价值。方法选取2016年2月～2018年2月我院收治的156例冠心病患者作为冠心病组,另选取100例非冠心病患者作为对照组,观察两组患者的12导联动态心电图ST段压低、最大ST/HR情况。根据冠脉造影结果将冠心病患者分为单支病变组(80例)和多支病变组(76例),观察不同病变的冠心病患者12导联动态心电图ST段压低、最大ST/HR情况。结果冠心病组的ST段压低、最大ST/HR异常比例均高于对照组,多支病变组冠心病患者的ST段压低、最大ST/HR异常比例明显高于单支病变组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 12导联动态心电图ST段及最大ST/HR对冠心病诊断有很高的价值,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the value of ST and maximum ST/HR in diagnosis of coronary heart disease by 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram.Methods A total of 156 cases of coronary heart disease patients treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as coronary heart disease group,and 100 cases without coronary heart disease patients as control group.The ST depress,maximum ST/HR of the two group diagnosed by 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram were observed,and the coronary heart disease patients were divided into single lesion group(80 cases)and multiple lesions group(76 cases)according to coronary angiography result.The ST depress,maximum ST/HR of different lesions coronary heart disease patients diagnosed by 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram were observed.Results The ST depress rate and abnormal rate of maximum ST/HR in the coronary heart disease group were higher than those in the control group,the ST depress rate and abnormal rate of maximum ST/HR in the multiple lesions group coronary heart disease patients were higher than those in the single lesion group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ST and maximum ST/HR in diagnosis of coronary heart disease by 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram has high value,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
