农疗对慢性精神分裂症住院患者康复的影响

Influence of farming therapy on rehabilitation of inpatients with chronic schizophrenia

目的探讨农疗对慢性精神分裂症住院患者康复的影响。方法选取2012年4月～2014年4月在我院住院治疗的70例慢性精神分裂症患者作为临床研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各35例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在常规康复治疗的基础上采用农疗。采用阴性症状量表(SANS)评分和住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评分比较两组患者的康复效果。结果两组患者治疗前的SANS评分和IPROS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后的SANS评分和IPROS评分均低于治疗前,且均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论农疗能够显著改善慢性精神分裂症住院患者的精神症状,促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the influence of farming therapy on the rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 70 cases of chronic schizophrenia from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected and diveded into the observation group and the control group according the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was recepted routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with farming therapy basic on routine treatment.Negative symptoms scale(SANS)score and inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation effect scale(IPROS)score were used to compare the rehabilitation effects of two groups.Results There were no significant differences in SANS score and IPROS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The SANS and IPROS scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and which were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The farming therapy can significantly improve the mental symptoms of inpatients with chronic schizophrenia,and promote their rehabilitation,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
