海洋钻修机转盘惯性刹车装置改造技术

摘要 针对海洋钻修机使用的转盘惯性刹车装置存在的响应速度慢、维护使用不方便等问题,开展了海洋钻修机转盘惯性刹车装置改造技术的研究与实践。此次改造分析了钳盘式转盘惯性刹车装置的技术参数、结构组成、工作原理。针对气源不稳定、加力泵作业空间狭小等问题,采用从盘刹液压站取一路液压源,利用两位三通阀及减压阀组合替代加力泵的方式,从而实现迅速有效地制动转盘。现场应用结果表明,改造后的转盘惯性刹车装置安全可靠,工作稳定,操作维护便捷。 In order to solve the problems of slow response speed and inconvenient maintenance of the rotory table inertial brake of offshore drilling and workover rig,the research and practice of the reconstruction technology of the rotory table inertial brake device of offshore drilling and workover rig was carried out.In this transformation the technical parameters,structure composition,working principle and existing problems of the rotory table inertial brake of offshore drilling and workover rig are analyzed.The transformation of the main technology used from the disc brake hydraulic station to take all the way to the hydraulic source,the use of two three-way valve and pressure reducing valve combination to replace the pump,in order to achieve rapid and effective braking turntable.The field application shows that the modified inertial brake device is safe,stable and easy to operate and maintain.
