摘要 目的探究高强度聚焦超声消融治疗子宫腺肌症的安全性及有效性。方法选取2013年1月~2017年1月在我院治疗的子宫腺肌症患者52例,随机分为治疗组、对比组,每组各26例。治疗组采用高强度聚焦超声消融治疗,对比组采用药物治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、并发症发生情况。结果治疗组的总有效率(88.46%)高于对照组(76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的临床症状评分低于对照组,病灶体积及直径小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良事件总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高强度聚焦超声消融治疗子宫腺肌症的效果显著,安全性较好,可改善患者的生活质量,具有临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of high intensity focused ultrasound ablation in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods All of 52 patients with adenomyosis treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,there were 26 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with high intensity focused ultrasound ablation,while the control group was treated with drugs.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(88.46% )was higher than that of the control group(76.92% ),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the volume and diameter of the lesion were smaller than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of high intensity focused ultrasound ablation in the treatment of adenomyosis is significant,it has good safety and can improve the quality of life of patients,and has clinical application value.
