大柴胡汤联合五苓散治疗肥胖型糖尿病的临床效果

Clinical effect of Dachaihu Decoction combined with Wuling Powder in the treatment of obese type diabetes mellitus

目的探讨大柴胡汤联合五苓散治疗肥胖型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月～2018年4月我院收治的40例肥胖型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字分配法将其分为实验组(20例)和对照组(20例)。实验组患者采用大柴胡汤联合五苓散方法 ,对照组患者采用口服二甲双胍肠溶片,0.5 g/次,每日3次。比较两组患者的临床疗效、体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)以及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的BMI、FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c水平低于治疗前,FINS水平高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的BMI、FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c水平低于对照组,FINS水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大柴胡汤合五苓散治疗肥胖型糖尿病患者的临床效果显著,能缓解临床症状,下调BMI,纠正患者体内糖代谢紊乱,适宜临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dachaihu Decoction combined with Wuling Powder in the treatment of obese type diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 40 obese patients with diabetes mellitus admitted from April 2017 to April 2018 treated in our hospital were selected as subjects and divided into experimental group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases)according to random number distribution method.The experimental group was treated with Dachaihu Decoction combined with Wuling Powder,while the control group was treated with Metformin Enteric-coated Tablets,0.5 g each time,three times a day.The clinical efficacy,body mass index(BMI),the levels of fasting blood-glucose(FPG),blood-glucose 2 h after meal(2 h PG),fasting insulin(FINS)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,BMI,FPG,2 h PG and HbA1c levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and FINS levels were higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,BMI,FPG,2 h PG and HbA1c levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and FINS levels were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Dachaihu Decoction and Wuling Powder are effective in the treatment of obese type diabetes mellitus,which can relieve clinical symptoms,reduce BMI and correct the disorder of glucose metabolism in patients with obese diabetes mellitus.It is suitable for clinical application.
