德国《国家工业战略2030》对中国的启示

德国工业的生产和技术能力均居世界前列,而其一直在工业创新上的投入也是巨大的。在新近发布的国家工业战略2030中,不难读出德国对于自身缺席创新领域的担忧和害怕。德国希望从产业布局、政策监管、多边合作等方向上,引起各方的重视,并有在创新领域上夺得世界领先地位的雄心。在此国际背景下,该文提出一些关于我国应该如何应对这场工业之争的思考。

Germany leads in world’s industrial manufacturing capacity and technology,keeping consistently large investment in industrial innovation.In the recent release of its National Industrial Strategy 2030,we can easily see the worries and fear of Germany for absence from innovative high-tech sectors.Germany expects to adjust the industrial layout,policy and regulations and promote multilateral cooperation to gain the intention from EU,and desires to gain the leading role in world’s innovation area.Therefore,this paper intends to consult the countermeasures for keeping us advantaged where we have stand out.
