筋骨草超微粉对肉鸡生产性能及血清抗氧化功能、生化指标、免疫指标的影响 被引量:2

Effect of ultramicro-pulverised powder of Ajuga decumbens on the antioxidant indexes, biochemical indexes and immune indexes of serum and growth performance of broilers

摘要 选取160只1日龄白羽肉鸡随机分为4组(对照组、试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组),每组5个重复,每个重复8只鸡.对照组饲喂基础日粮;试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别在饲喂的基础日粮中添加500、1 000和2 000 mg·kg^(-1)筋骨草超微粉.试验期42 d,研究筋骨草超微粉在肉鸡生产中的应用效果.结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组肉鸡前期的料重比显著降低(P<0.05).(2)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组肉鸡血清的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性极显著提高(P<0.01).(3)与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组肉鸡血清的甘油三酯浓度极显著降低(P<0.01);试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组的尿素氮浓度极显著降低(P<0.01),总蛋白含量和磷浓度显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ和Ⅲ组的白蛋白含量极显著提高(P<0.01).(4)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组肉鸡血清的IgA、IgM和C4含量极显著提高(P<0.01),C3含量显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组的IgG含量显著提高(P<0.05).筋骨草超微粉可有效改善肉鸡血清的抗氧化功能、生化指标、免疫指标及肉鸡前期的生产性能,可作为添加剂用于肉鸡饲料中.在本试验条件下,筋骨草超微粉在肉鸡饲粮中的适宜添加量为1 000 mg·kg^(-1). To investigate the effect of Ajuga decumbens Thunb on broiler production,a total of 160 1-day-old Avine broilers were randomized into 4 groups,with 5 replicates per group and 8 chickens per replicate.The broilers were fed a basal diet supplemented with 0,500,1 000 and 1 500 mg·kg-1 A.decumbens ultramicro powder,namely the control group,and experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ,for 42 d.The results showed that:(1)compared with the control,feed/gain ratio declined in groupsⅡ(P<0.05).(2)Serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)rose in groupⅠ(P<0.05),and activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the serum was significantly higher in all experimental groups than the control(P<0.01).(3)Serum triglycerides content in groupsⅡandⅢdecreased significantly(P<0.01);urea nitrogen level declined significantly(P<0.01)while total protein and phosphorus increased significantly in all experimental groups(P<0.05);and albumin content in groupsⅡandⅢincreased significantly(P<0.01).(4)The contents of IgA,IgM and C4 in serum in all experimental groups were remarkablely higher(P<0.01)and C3 contents increased(P<0.05)compared with the control.While serum IgG only increased in groupsⅡ(P<0.05).It is concluded that A.decumbens ultramicro powder can effectively improve antioxidant performance,biochemical indexes and immune indexes of serum and growth performance of broiler at the early stage.The recommended dosage of A.decumbens ultramicro powder for broilers is 1 000 mg·kg^-1 under this experimental condition.
