CT与MRI在早期腔隙性脑梗塞检出率及病灶定位准确率方面价值比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究早期腔隙性脑梗塞应用CT与MRI的诊断价值。方法方便选取2017年1月—2018年1月该院接诊的腔隙性脑梗塞病患80例为研究对象,分别采取CT与MRI检查法对本组80例病患进行诊断。综合分析患者不同方法诊断的结果,并对其病灶检出率和定位准确率进行比较。结果该组80例病患确诊的病灶有95处,经CT确诊的有60处,占总比例的63.16%;经MRI确诊的有93处,占总比例的97.89%。MRI对病灶进行定位的准确率显著高于CT,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。该组80例病患MRI诊断的阳性率为98.75%,比CT诊断的65.00%高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用MRI对早期腔隙性脑梗塞病患进行诊断,可取得比CT更加准确和有效的诊断结果,不仅能够显著提高病灶的临床检出率以及定位准确率,同时是还能获得更加清晰的影像学图像,有助于临床医师判断患者的病情,建议在临床上进行推广和使用。 Objective To study the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in early lacunar infarction.Methods 80 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were convenient selected and studied.CT and MRI were used to diagnose 80 cases of lacunar cerebral infarction.The diagnostic results of different methods were comprehensively analyzed,and the detection rate and localization accuracy of the lesions were compared.Results 95 lesions were confirmed in 80 patients in this group,and 60 lesions were confirmed by CT,accounting for 63.16%of the total.There were 93 cases diagnosed by MRI,accounting for 97.89%of the total.The accuracy of MRI in locating lesions was significantly higher than that of CT,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of MRI diagnosis in 80 patients was 98.75%,higher than 65.00%of CT diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using MRI to diagnose early lacunar infarction can obtain more accurate and effective diagnostic results than CT.It can not only significantly improve the clinical detection rate and location accuracy of lesions,but also obtain clearer imaging images,which is helpful for clinicians to judge patients’condition.It is popularized and used in clinic.
