富自体浓缩生长因子纤维蛋白液在口腔骨缺损种植引导骨再生后的骨量变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析富自体浓缩生长因子(CGF)纤维蛋白液对口腔骨缺损种植引导骨再生后的骨量影响。方法随机数字表法将方便选取的100例口腔骨缺损患者分为对照组、实验组,对照组采用Bio-Oss骨粉、海奥生物膜治疗,实验组同时联合CGF纤维蛋白液治疗。随访1年,观察两组治疗效果。结果实验组的完全愈合率(80.00%)明显优于对照组(50.00%),(t=9.890 1,P<0.05);实验组血清转化生长因子TGF-β(103.1±36.0)μg/L、骨形态发生蛋白BMP-2水平(31.4±8.5)pg/mL均优于对照组(74.2±27.4)μg/L、(66.5±9.9)pg/mL,(t=4.517 0,19.021 1,P<0.05);且实验组种植体唇侧骨厚度(2.8±0.5)mm明显优于对照组(2.4±0.4)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=4.417 3,P<0.05)。结论对口腔骨缺损种植患者给予CGF纤维蛋白液治疗可以加速骨组织增殖,引导骨再生。 Objective To analyze the effect of CGF fibrin solution on bone mass after oral bone defect implantation.Methods Randomly divided 100 oral bone defect patients into the control group and the experimental group,the control group was convenient treated with Bio-Oss bone powder and Hai’ao biofilm,and the experimental group was treated with CGF fibrin solution at the same time.After one year follow-up,observed the effect.Results The complete healing rate(80.00%)in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(50.00%),(t=9.890 1,P<0.05).The serum TGF-β(103.1±36.0)μg/L、BMP-2(31.4±8.5)pg/mL of the experimental group was superior to the control group(74.2±27.4)μg/L,(66.5±9.9)pg/mL,(t=4.517 0,19.021 1,P<0.05),and the Implant labial thickness of the experimental group(2.8±0.5)mm the difference was statistically significant lower than the control group(2.4±0.4)mm,(t=4.417 3,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of CGF fibrin solution in patients with oral bone defects can accelerate the proliferation of bone tissue,and guide bone regeneration.
