中晚期中央型肺癌应用支气管动脉介入治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study of Bronchial Artery Interventional Therapy for Middle and Late Stage Central Lung Cancer

目的探析中晚期中央型肺癌应用支气管动脉介入治疗的疗效情况。方法方便选取该院2016年4月—2018年6月期间接收治疗的中晚期中央型肺癌78例患者作为该次研究对象,随机分设参照组与研究组。参照组39例患者行静脉化疗疗法治疗,研究组39例患者行支气管动脉介入化疗疗法治疗。观察经分别实施不同方法治疗取得的疗效情况。结果 76.92%为研究组的临床疗效率,46.15%为参照组的临床疗效率,研究组的临床疗效率明显高于参照组(χ~2=7.800,P=0.005<0.05);参照组的CA199指标为(60.5±3.4)U/m L,CA125指标为(51.7±3.8)U/m L,CEA指标为(30.8±3.5)ng/mL,明显高于研究组的(50.3±5.3)U/mL、(45.2±4.2)U/mL和(21.5±2.6)ng/mL (t=10.116,7.167,13.321,P=0.001<0.05)。结论实施支气管动脉介入疗法治疗中晚期中央型肺癌者,其治疗效果良好,有助于患者病情改善。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of bronchial artery interventional therapy in patients with advanced central lung cancer.Methods A total of 78 patients with advanced central lung cancer who underwent treatment from April 2016 to June 2018 in our hospital were convenient enrolled in this study.The reference group and the study group were randomly assigned.In the reference group,39 patients underwent intravenous chemotherapy,and 39 patients in the study group underwent bronchial artery interventional chemotherapy.Observe the effects of different methods of treatment.Results 76.92%were the clinical efficacy rate of the study group,and 46.15%was the clinical efficacy rate of the reference group.The clinical efficacy rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(χ^2=7.800,P=0.005<0.05);the CA199 index of the reference group For(60.5±3.4)U/mL,the CA125 index was(51.7±3.8)U/ml,and the CEA index was(30.8±3.5)ng/mL,which was significantly higher than that of the study group(50.3±5.3)U/mL,(45.2±4.2)U/mL and(21.5±2.6)ng/mL(t=10.16,7.167,13.321,P=0.001<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of bronchial artery interventional therapy for patients with advanced central lung cancer has a good therapeutic effect and contributes to the improvement of patients’condition.
