疼痛护理干预对肠癌术后患者临床效果分析

Clinical Observation of Pain Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的观察疼痛护理干预对肠癌术后患者临床效果。方法方便选取2016年7月—2018年3月在该院进行治疗的肠癌患者120例,按照随机数字表法将患者均分为对照组(常规护理)、研究组(常规护理+疼痛护理干预),对患者的疼痛程度和各项临床康复指标(包括早期下床活动时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、恢复肠鸣音时间和恢复饮食时间)进行记录分析。结果研究组术后各时点总体疼痛程度显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.46、13.68、13.96,P=0.001、0.000、0.000);研究组各项临床康复指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=22.78、3.31、9.05、8.05、5.33,P=0.000、0.002、0.000、0.000、0.000);研究组患者对护理满意度显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.11,P=0.004 4)。结论对肠癌术后患者实施疼痛护理干预,能够有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,加快患者的临床康复,有助于提高患者对护士满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of pain nursing intervention on postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 120 patients with intestinal cancer treated in our hospital from July 2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing measures)and research group(routine nursing plus pain nursing intervention)according to random number table method.The degree of pain and various clinical indicators(including the time of first anal exhaust,recovery of intestine)were evaluated.Peristalsis time and recovery time were recorded and analyzed.Results The total pain degree of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.46,13.68,13.96,P=0.001,0.000,0.000);the indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=22.78,3.31,9.05,8.05,5.33,P=0.000,0.002,0.000,0.000,0.000);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.11,P=0.004 4).Conclusion Pain nursing intervention for patients with intestinal cancer after operation can effectively alleviate the degree of pain,accelerate the recovery speed of patients,and help to improve the clinical efficacy.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
