手术室护士对宫颈癌根治术患者术前访视的效果观察

Effect of Operating Room Nurses on Preoperative Visits in Patients with Radical Resection of Cervical Cancer

目的研究与分析手术室护士对宫颈癌根治术患者术前访视的效果。方法方便选取来该院进行宫颈癌根治术治疗的患者78例,研究对象选取时间位为2016年10月—2018年10月,随后采取统计学科学分组法将这78例患者分为常规术前护理组(39例)与术前访视组(39例)。其中该院护理人员对常规术前护理组患者采取术前常规护理干预方法进行护理,而手术室护士对术前访视组患者采取术前访视的干预方法进行护理,随后观察两组患者护理前后的抑郁、焦虑评分情况以及患者满意度等情况。结果术前访视组与常规术前护理组患者护理后的抑郁、焦虑评分情况以及患者满意度等数据差异显著,前者(47.13±10.26)分,(43.56±10.23)分,97.4%显著优于后者(50.22±10.64)分,(48.69±11.26)分,79.5%,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士对宫颈癌根治术患者术前访视的效果显著,可以有效地降低焦虑抑郁评分,同时提升患者护理满意度,值得进一步推广与使用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of operating room nurses on preoperative visits in patients with radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent radical resection of cervical cancer were enrolled in our hospital.The time of study was from October 2016 to October 2018,and the 78 patients were divided into routine preoperative groups by statistical scientific grouping.The nursing group(39 patients)and the preoperative visit group(39 patients).Among them,the nursing staff of our hospital took the preoperative routine nursing intervention method for the patients in the routine preoperative nursing group,and the nurses in the operating room took the intervention method of preoperative visits for the patients in the preoperative visit group,and then observed the nursing of the two group depression before and after treatment,anxiety scores,and patient satisfaction.Results The data of depression,anxiety score and patient satisfaction in the preoperative visit group and the conventional preoperative care group were significantly different.The former(47.13±10.26)points,(43.56±10.23)points,97.4%was significantly better than the latter(50.22±10.64)points,(48.69±11.26)points,79.5%,the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurses in the operating room have a significant effect on preoperative visits in patients with radical resection of cervical cancer.It can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression scores and improve the satisfaction of patients.It is worth further promotion and use.
