小儿支气管肺炎伴血小板增多的临床特征及炎症因子的变化情况分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究小儿支气管肺炎伴血小板增多的临床特征以及炎症因子的变化情况分析。方法方便选取该院2017年9月—2018年9月收治的100例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,将所选患儿根据血小板数量,将血小板增多患儿40例作为观察组,另外60例单纯支气管肺炎患儿作为对照组,观察并记录2组患儿住院时间、并发症发生率以及病死率及2组患儿炎性因子以及免疫因子水平。结果通过根据支气管肺炎患儿血小板数目多少进行分组,发现观察组患儿治疗时长(11.35±2.69) d、并发症发生率22(55.0%)以及病死率5(12.5%)显著高于对照组患儿(4.65±1.25) d、2(3.3%)、0(0.0%)(t=12.305,χ~2=11.964、11.724;P<0.05);观察组患儿CRP(18.69±0.84)μmol/L水平明显高于对照组患儿(7.85±0.25)μmol/L;观察组患者超敏C反应蛋白(1.30±0.61)mg/L明显低于对照组患者(4.60±0.98) mg/L,且观察组患儿IgM阳性率显著高于对照组患儿阳性率,差异有统计学意义(t=14.374、13.029,χ~2=12.473,P<0.05)。结论血小板异常增高明显的患儿炎性反应更为严重,因此可以将血小板增多作为观测小儿支气管肺炎的严重程度。 Objective To study the clinical features of bronchopneumonia with thrombocytosis in children and the changes of inflammatory factors.Methods 100 children with bronchopneumonia admitted in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research object.According to the number of platelets,40 children with thrombocytosis were selected as the observation group,and 60 children with bronchopneumonia as the control group.Rate and mortality,and inflammatory factors and immune factors in the 2 groups.Results According to the number of platelets in children with bronchial pneumonia,the treatment duration(11.35±2.69)d,complication rate 22(55%)and mortality rate(12.5%)were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group.Children(4.65±1.25)d,2(3.3%),0(0.0%)(t=12.305,χ^2=11.964,11.724;P<0.05);the CRP(18.69±0.84)μmol/L level was significantly observed in the observation group.Compared with the control group(7.85±0.25)μmol/L;the ultrasensitive C-reactive protein(1.30±0.61)mg/L in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.60±0.98)mg/L,and the observation group suffered from The positive rate of IgM was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.374,13.029,χ^2=12.437,P<0.05).Conclusion Inflammatory reaction is more serious in children with abnormal platelet elevation,so thrombocytosis can be used to observe the severity of bronchopneumonia in children.
