Strategic thoughts on Constructing Trade and Logistics Center in Kashi under the Background of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor

“中巴经济走廊”建设对中巴两国在货物贸易和能源合作等方面将起到极大的推动作用,并将推动整个南亚地区的互联互通。新疆喀什作为“中巴经济走廊”的起点,自身具有明显的区位和资源优势,打造喀什商贸物流中心,将加强喀什及周边地区的集聚效应,带动南疆乃至整个新疆的产业经济发展,并助力“一带一路”建设实现跨越式发展。基于喀什的区位优势和地区比较优势的基础,分析了喀什打造商贸物流中心的宏观经济情况、商贸物流布局现状以及物流通道现状,同时指出了喀什商贸物流的发展面临的阻碍因素,提出了加快喀什商贸物流信息平台建设、不断优化升级产业结构、推进内外部物流大通道建设、打造喀什商贸物流节点、促成供应链金融等应对之策。

China-Pakistan Economic Corridor plays a great role in promoting the trade in goods and energy cooperation between the two countries,and this initiative will promote connectivity throughout South Asia.Xinjiang Kashi as the starting point of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor,its own obvious location and resource advantages,to create Kashi trade and logistics center,will strengthen the agglomeration effect of Kashi and surrounding areas,drive the south Xinjiang and the entire Xinjiang industrial and economic construction,become the development of the Silk Road Economic Belton the key link,and help the Belt along the Way Construction to achieve leap-forward development.On the basis of expounding the location Advantage and regional comparative advantage of Kashi,this paper analyzes the macroeconomic situation,the present situation of trade logistics layout and the present situation of logistics channel in Kashi to build the trade logistics center,and points out the obstacles to the development of Kashi trade logistics,speeding up the construction of trade logistics information platform,continuously optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure,Promote the construction of internal and external logistics channel,build Kashi trade Logistics node,promote supply chain finance and other countermeasures.
