摘要
随着我国新课程改革的深入,对学生知识的应用能力越来越重视。新加坡实施“应用学习计划(ALP)”旨在帮助学生领会到知识与现实世界的相关性,由此激发学生学习的动机与目标,并且支持新加坡政府致力于培养学生的21世纪技能与价值观。该计划的实施基于其“少教多学”的教育理念和21世纪技能与学生教育成果框架,体现了以学生为中心的理念,补充了学校的核心学术科目,有助于培养学生的核心素养。借鉴之,我国基础教育课程领域的改革可从中得到以下启示:着眼于培养适应未来挑战的人才;同时要提升学校的办学特色化水平;加强学生对知识的实践运用能力,注重对其进行职业生涯教育,注重培育学生的非学术性素养。
With the reform of new curriculum in China,more and more attention has been paid to the application ability of students'knowledge.Singapore's Applied Learning Programme is designed to help students understand the relevance of knowledge to the real world,thereby stimulating students'motivation and goals for learning,and supporting the government's commitment to developing students'21st century competencies and values.The implementation of the programme is based on its education philosophy of Teach Less,Learn More and the framework of 21st century competencies and student edu cational achieve ments,which embodies student-centered concept,complements the school's core academic subjects,and helps to cultivate students'core competencies.From this,the following enlightenments can be drawn for the basic education curriculum in China:strengthen students'practical application ability of knowledge,pay attention to their career education and the cultivation of non-academic literacy,focus on cultivating talents to meet future challenges,and at the same time enhance the level of school characteristic.
