摘要
目前我国已经进入多元化的社会,对人才培养也提出了多元化的要求。高师院校学生多元化质量评价体系内涵包括评价主体和标准的多元化。目前我国高师院校学生质量评价体系主要存在评价主体单一、评价标准单一、评价内容陈旧等问题,亟需通过确定多元化评价指标、转变评价体系功能、丰富评价体系内容和方式、科学制定评价管理制度等措施加以完善。
Presently,China has entered into multiple society and hence has multiple requirements to talent training. The multiple quality evaluation system for higher teacher’s college includes multiple dimensions for subject and standard. The current problems in the evaluation system include single evaluation subject,single evaluation standard and outdated evaluation contents. It requires a multiple dimension evaluation indicators,alternative evaluation system functions and rich evaluation contents. A scientific management system should be developed and completed.
