上下山工况下碳纤维复合芯导线在悬垂线夹处的受力分析与线夹结构优化 被引量:1

摘要 在山区输电线路中,导线有多种应用工况,其中有一种对导线要求苛刻的工况是导线连续向上或向下,即悬垂线夹两侧的导线一边升高一边下降。运用应力分析软件对碳纤维复合芯导线应用在上下山工况下悬垂线夹内部及出口处的导线进行受力分析。通过对悬垂线夹进行结构优化,使得碳纤维复合芯导线在上下山工况下悬垂线夹处应力水平处于合理的范围。 There are various service conditions of carbon fiber composite core (CFCC) wire for power transmission line in mountain area. One of strick requirement of working condition for CFCC wire is rise and fall continuously, namely, for the wire between suspension clamp, one side rise and another side fall. In this work, the wire stress locating inside and exit of suspension clamp was analyzed under rise and fall working condition. Through the structure optimization of suspension clamp, the suspension clamp stress of CFCC wire was adjusted in a reasonable range for rise and fall working condition.
