摘要 通过揭示技术发展的阶段性和生态问题形成的复杂性,客观地认识技术并非生态问题形成的单一因素。技术发展与生态环境不存在必然的冲突,技术不应该是生态问题的"替罪羊"。作为生态问题"倒逼"而生的绿色技术群,其兴起在实践层面有助于破解技术—生态悖论,可以让我们有效发挥技术创新对生态文明建设的驱动与支撑作用。依靠各种先进的技术手段、技术路径去实现深层次的生态治理,可增强社会治理生态环境的能力;构建全方位生态环境技术治理机制,可提升我国生态文明建设的成效。 By revealing the stages of technological development and the complexity of the formation of ecological problems, this paper recognizes that technology is not a single factor in the formation of ecological problems objectively.There is no inevitable conflict between technological development and ecological environment, and that technology should not be a scapegoat for ecological problems.As a green technology system which emerges as an ecological problem, its rise helps to break the technology-ecology paradox in practice.We can use the driving and supporting role of technological innovation in the construction of ecological civilization effectively. We should depend on all kinds of advanced technology means and paths to achieve deep-seated ecological governance, enhance the ability of society to manage the ecological environment, build an all-round ecological environment technology governance mechanism, and stabilize the effectiveness of our country ecological civilization construction.
