校园霸凌事件中旁观者的行动逻辑及应对策略

摘要 近年来校园霸凌事件频发,不同角色类型的旁观者基于不同的行为动机而围观霸凌事件,或是冷眼旁观、或是助推冲突升级、或是担起保护弱势之责,等等。本文选取一个典型案例为研究线索,深入剖析其中旁观者所担任的角色,如协同者、调解者、中立者等,其不同的行为选择直接影响着霸凌事件的走向和发展,可能对校园秩序和稳定造成冲击、同时使校园霸凌事件升级的临界点变得更加不确定,也可能进一步影响霸凌双方的决策。鉴于此,应该从加强反霸凌教育,提升旁观者干预意识和干预能力;完善学校反霸凌制度建设,提高霸凌行为成本;加强风险预警和应急处理机制建设3个方面全方位的消解旁观者的不利影响。 In recent years, there have been so many incidents of bullying on campus, and bystander of different types of roles have besieged bullying incidents on the basis of different behavioural motivations, or looked on in cold eyes, or contributed to the escalation of conflicts, or assumed the responsibility of protecting the weak, and so on, and so on. This paper chooses a typical case as a research clue, and deeply analyzes the roles played by bystander, such as collaborators, mediators, neutrals and so on, whose different behavior choices directly affect the direction and development of bullying events. It may have an impact on the order and stability of the campus, and at the same time make the critical point of the escalation of the bullying incident more uncertain, or it may further affect the decision-making of both sides. In view of this, the anti-bullying education should be strengthened from the point of view of this. Enhance the bystander intervention consciousness and intervention ability;Improve the school anti-bullying system construction, increase bullying behavior cost;strengthen risk early warning and emergency treatment mechanism three aspects to eliminate the adverse effects of onlookers in an all-round way.
