某轻型载货汽车驾驶室异常共振的试验研究

摘要 针对某轻型载货车在车速为60~70 km/h时出现的驾驶室异常共振问题,进行了道路试验,采集了驾驶室内与驾驶室悬置、驾驶室与车架(悬挂附近)、驾驶室与车架(传动轴)处的振动加速度信号。通过驾驶员总加权加速度均方根值对载货车的乘坐舒适性进行了客观评价,结果表明,在此速度区间内,内驾驶室乘坐舒适性能很差,再加上试验样机为纯底盘,后方无配重,共振区间大。通过多处传递函数的计算和分析,发现驾驶室的共振问题与传动轴(二轴)长度过长有很大关系,是此次异常共振的主要原因。经重新匹配传动轴长度,更换一轴与二轴间比例后,该车速段内的异常共振问题已消除。 In view of the abnormal resonance problem in the cab of a light truck near the speed of 60 km/h-70 km/h,a road test was carried out to collect the vibration acceleration signals of the cab and cab suspension, the cab and the frame(the suspension), the cab and the frame(the drive shaft). The ride comfort of the truck is evaluated objectively by the root mean square value of the total driver’s total weighted acceleration. The results show that the riding comfort performance is very poor in this speed range, and the prototype is a pure chassis, and there is no weight in the rear, and the resonance interval is large. Through the calculation and analysis of multiple transfer functions, the cab can be found. The resonance problem is closely related to the length of the transmission shaft(two axis), which is the main reason for the abnormal resonance. After matching the transmission shaft length and replacing the ratio between one axle and two axle, the abnormal resonance problem in the speed section has been eliminated.
