摘要
为解决应急通信车剪刀叉式液压升降平台连杆变形问题,改进了连杆结构,将各级连杆设计为采用不同材质和壁厚的矩形管。随后,分别对原结构和改进结构采用虚位移原理进行了结构力学分析,采用有限元分析进行了强度计算校核,并进行了试验验证。
To avoid distortion of the link bar of the fork-type hydraulic pressure lifting platform, the link bar structure of platform was reformed and all levels of link bars were made of various materials and walls of rectangular tubes. Both the old structure and the reformed structure were performed structural mechanics analysis based on the principle of virtual displacement, as well as performed finite element strength calculation proofreading and experimental verification.
