摘要
针对配电网重构中,启发式方法难以寻找到全局最优解,智能优化算法搜索效率较低,需要耗费大量机时,且易陷入局部最优的问题,提出一种基于方向矩阵的PSO算法,并将其应用于配电网的重构。首先对基本环矩阵进行改进,使其形成有序环网矩阵;再利用每个环网中电压最低的节点,并结合有序环网矩阵形成方向矩阵;最后使用方向矩阵对粒子群算法中粒子运动的速度进行指导,使粒子向着最低电压节点移动,保证了全局收敛性。利用粒子群算法良好的局部搜寻能力,可以快速的搜寻到全局最优解。最后使用IEEE 33节点和Taipower84配电系统验证了该算法的有效性。
The heuristic method in distribution network reconstruction is difficult to find the optimal solution. The intelligent optimization algorithm has low search efficiency, requires a lot of machine time, and is easy to fall into local optimum. A PSO (particle swarm optimization) algorithm based on direction matrix is proposed and applied to the reconstruction of distribution network. Firstly, the basic ring matrix is improved into an ordered ring network matrix. Then, according to the lowest voltage node in each ring network, combined with the ordered ring network matrix to generate the direction matrix. Finally, the direction matrix is used to guide the particle motion speed in the particle swarm algorithm. The motion of the particles to the lowest voltage node ensures global convergence. The good local search ability of the particle swarm algorithm is used to quickly find the global optimal solution. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by IEEE 33-node and Taipower84 power distribution system.
