关于文书立卷的批判性研究——与持“卷”论者商榷

A Critical Study on Documents Filing: Discussion with Those Who Hold the View of “Filing”

立卷改革是档案学的经典问题。持"卷"论者立论的出发点,即认为"卷"是保持文件之间有机联系的唯一方式,文书部门立卷为实现途径。对此,本文持反向观点。在理论层面,从档案学理论发展历程、中国档案学特色视角与之商榷;在实践层面,认为档案学学科属性与文书立卷相斥,传统立卷或继承立卷思想皆不符合档案实践需求。

The reform of the filing is a classic issue of archival science.The starting point of the"volume"argument is that the"volume"is the only way to maintain the organic connection between documents,and the clerical department is the way to achieve it.In this regard,this article holds a reverse view.On the theoretical level,from the perspective of the development of archival theory and the perspective of Chinese archival characteristics,on the practical level,it is considered that the attributes of archival science and the criticism of the documents are irrelevant,and the traditional or the concept of inheritance is not in line with the requirements of archives practice.
