雷火灸联合声治疗对神经性耳鸣疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Thunder-fire Moxibustion plus Sound Therapy for Nervous Tinnitus

目的观察雷火灸联合声治疗对神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法 70例神经性耳鸣患者随机分为观察组36例和对照组34例。观察组采用雷火灸联合声信息治疗仪治疗,对照组给予单纯声信息治疗仪治疗。观察两组治疗前后耳鸣严重程度各项指标积分、抑郁自评量表评分、烦躁评估量表等级变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为91.7%,高于对照组的70.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后耳鸣严重程度各项指标积分较同组治疗前降低(P<0.05);两组治疗后耳鸣严重程度各项指标积分中对睡眠的影响、对情绪的影响积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后抑郁自评量表评分均较同组治疗前降低(P<0.05);两组治疗前后差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<O.05)。两组治疗后患者烦躁等级与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后烦躁评估量表等级比较,观察组烦躁等级优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸联合声治疗可减轻神经性耳鸣患者烦躁程度,改善患者的情绪,临床治疗效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion plus sound therapy in treating nervous tinnitus.Method Seventy patients with nervous tinnitus were randomized into an observation group of 36 cases and a control group of 34 cases.The observation group was intervened by thunder-fire moxibustion plus acoustic information treatment apparatus,while the control group was treated with acoustic information treatment apparatus alone.For both groups,changes in the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI)score,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and grading of irritability scale after treatment were observed.The clinical efficacies of the two groups were also compared.Result The total effective rate was 91.7% in the observation group,higher than 70.6% in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the component scores of THI dropped in both groups(P<0.05);after treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups in the scores of sleep and emotional status in THI(P<0.05).The SDS score decreased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference in the change of SDS score between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the irritability degree changed significantly in the two groups(P<0.01);the irritability evaluation was better in the observation group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion plus sound therapy can reduce the irritability degree and improve the emotional status in patients with nervous tinnitus,and it can produce significant efficacy.
