锋钩针配合苍耳子散治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Sharp-hook Needle plus Cang Er Zi Powder for Chronic Simple Rhinitis

目的观察锋钩针配合苍耳子散治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 150例慢性单纯性鼻炎患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组50例。A组单纯使用锋钩针治疗,B组单纯使用苍耳子散治疗,C组采用锋钩针配合苍耳子散治疗。观察3组治疗前后临床症状评分变化,并比较临床疗效。结果 3组临床症状评分(鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏、鼻黏膜肿胀)与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组治疗后临床症状评分(鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏、鼻黏膜肿胀)低于A组和B组(P<0.05)。C组总有效率为94.0%,高于A组的60.0%和B组的80.0%(P<0.05)。结论锋钩针配合苍耳子散治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎疗效显著,能够显著改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sharp-hook needle plus Cang Er Zi powder in treating chronic simple rhinitis.Method A total of 150 patients with chronic simple rhinitis were randomized into group A,group B and group C,with 50 cases in each group.Group A was intervened by sharp-hook needle,group B was treated with Cang Er Zi powder,and group C was intervened by sharp-hook needle plus Cang Er Zi powder.In the three groups,changes in the clinical symptom scores after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacies were compared.Result The clinical symptom scores(stuffy nose,runny nose,sneeze and swelling nasal mucosa)changed significantly after treatment in the three groups(P<0.05);the clinical symptom scores(stuffy nose,runny nose,sneeze and swelling nasal mucosa)in group C were lower than those in group A and B(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.0% in group C,higher than 60.0% in group A and 80.0% in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Sharp-hook needle plus Cang Er Zi powder can produce significant efficacy in treating chronic simple rhinitis,and it can markedly improve the clinical symptoms.
