十二指肠Brunner腺瘤是十二指肠良性肿瘤的一种罕见疾病,近年来,随着消化内镜技术的发展,陆续有十二指肠Brunner腺瘤的文献报道,内镜下切除十二指肠Brunner腺瘤已逐渐替代传统外科手术治疗,其安全性亦得到临床实践证实。该文就近年来十二指肠Brunner腺瘤的研究作一综述。

Duodenal Brunner’s gland adenoma is a rare type of benign duodenal tumors.Along with the development of digestive endoscopic techniques in recent years,several studies of duodenal Brunner’s gland adenoma have been reported.Endoscopic resection has gradually replaced the traditional surgery in the treatment of duodenal Brunner’s gland adenoma,and the safety has also been confirmed by clinical practice.In this article,recent research progress in the duodenal Brunner’s gland adenoma was reviewed.
