摘要
通过扫描电子显微镜、电子背散射衍射和力学分析等方法研究了Mn元素对热轧TWIP钢组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着Mn的质量分数由5%增加到20%,试验钢中奥氏体不断增多,马氏体逐渐减少,宏观上表现为强度降低、塑性和韧性提高;拉伸断口由解理断裂转变为韧窝断裂;当锰的质量分数高于15%时,常温下得到单一奥氏体组织,并且伴有片状的孪晶组织。
Effects of Manganese on the microstructure and mechanical properties of hot-rolled TWIP steel were investigated by scanning electron microscopy,electron back-scattered diffraction and mechanical testing.The results showed that as the mass fraction of Mn increased from 5% to 20%,the austenite in test steel increased and the martensite decreased gradually,macroscopically,the strength decreased,but the plasticity and toughness increased,and that the tensile fracture of test steel changed from cleavage fracture into dimple fracture.When the mass fraction of Mn was above 15%,a single austenite structure could be obtained at normal temperature,and accompanied by lamellar twins.
