摘要
基于β射线法检测粉尘浓度的基本算法和检测电路,文中通过实验分析方法揭示了β射线强度涨幅起落的本质规律和基本算法的局限性;针对基本算法中的决定因子ln(I1/I2)值,开展了粉尘高低浓度时一系列ln(I1/I2)值的规律研究,证明了ln(I1/I2)值仍有涨幅起落规律,且呈交变状态,与粉尘浓度成正相关关系;然后通过实验分析和数学推演的方法,提出一种基于β射线涨幅起落规律的粉尘浓度检测新算法;最后,对新算法进行了大量实验验证,实验结果表明:基于β射线强度涨幅起落规律的粉尘浓度检测新算法提高了粉尘浓度的检测精度。
Based on the basic algorithm and detection circuit for detecting dust concentration by β-ray method,this paper reveals the essential laws of the rise and fall of β-ray intensity and the limitations of the basic algorithm through experimental analysis methods;the determinant factor ln(I1/I2)value in the basic algorithm The study of a series of ln(I1/I2)values of dust concentration is proved that the ln(I1/I2) value still has the law of increase and decrease,and it is in an alternating state,which is positively correlated with the dust concentration;Based on the experimental analysis and mathematical deduction method,a new dust concentration detection algorithm based on β-ray rising and falling rules is proposed. Finally,a lot of experimental verifications are carried out on the new algorithm. The experimental results show that the dust concentration detection based on the β- ray intensity rise and fall rules The new algorithm improves the detection accuracy of dust concentration.
