油气管道腐蚀防护系统技术研究与展望

Research and Prospect of the Corrosion and Prevention System Technology for Oil and Gas Pipelines

腐蚀是造成油气管道失效最主要的因素之一,但目前我国油气田的腐蚀数据缺失严重,还未能针对管道腐蚀严重和相应数据库缺失的问题提出完整的解决方案。因此,对国内外腐蚀数据库和保护系统进行了调研,对比分析了国外的Honeywell、PCMS、ICMS3/Amulet腐蚀管理系统,国内的材料环境腐蚀网络数据库系统,油田管道腐蚀防护数据库和地下管道腐蚀防护数据库等。通过对这些系统的功能和适用性进行分析,总结国内外腐蚀防护系统的特点,发现国外的腐蚀数据库及腐蚀防护系统的发展较我国更为成熟,在此基础上,提出我国腐蚀防护数据库系统的发展目标。

Corrosion is one of the most important factors for failure of oil and gas pipeline.However,at present the corrosion data of China's oil and gas fields is deficient,and a complete solution has not been proposed for the serious corrosion of pipelines and the lack of corresponding databases.Therefore,the domestic and foreign corrosion database and protection system are investigated.Foreign Honeywell,PCMS,ICMS3/Amulet corrosion management system,and domestic material environmental corrosion network database system,oilfield pipeline corrosion protection database and underground pipeline corrosion protection database are compared and analyzed.Through the function introduction and applicability analysis of these systems,the characteristics of corrosion prevention systems at home and abroad are obtained,and it is found that the development of foreign corrosion database and corrosion prevention system is more mature than that of China.Based on this,the development goal of the corrosion prevention database system in China is proposed.
